Why we collect it
Zhijia and the MACYO export team use this information to understand the request, confirm the relevant product or configuration and respond to the inquiry.
How it is stored
Submitted inquiries are stored in the website's protected database. We retain them only for as long as needed for inquiry follow-up, business records and applicable obligations.
To protect the form from automated abuse, the website temporarily uses a one-way, de-identified network identifier for rate limiting. It is not stored with the inquiry record.
Who can access it
Access is limited to the team members responsible for website administration and business follow-up. We do not publish inquiry details on the website.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information by emailing macyofit@gmail.com. You can also contact us directly by email or WhatsApp instead of using the form.
